Outside of work, Danielle enjoys exploring new places and trying new experiences with her with her husband and two daughters. With over 7 years of experience in the event planning industry, Rebecca Haas specializes in corporate and educational events. She has been a key member of the Mindful Meetings team for three years, where her expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the company's success.
Rebecca holds a Master's in Administrative Leadership and has a strong background in education, which equips her with unique insights into creating impactful and engaging events, especially those that benefit children and families. Nicole Stevens brings over 15 years of experience in the event industry and a passion for transforming concepts into impactful experiences. In her current role at Mindful Meetings, Nicole specializes in designing and managing multi-day conferences, team retreats, and social events that prioritize attendee engagement, while excelling in meticulous planning and creative execution.
Before joining Mindful Meetings, Nicole spent seven years managing non-profit events for organizations such as Court Appointed Special Advocates and the American Foundation for Addiction Research. During this time, she effectively collaborated with nonprofit organizations to create memorable fundraising events that enhanced client engagement and community outreach.
Nicole is a graduate of Messiah University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Broadcasting and currently resides in California. When not immersed in planning events, she enjoys spending quality time with her family along the beautiful California coast and getting lost in a good book.
Maddi brings a dynamic mix of creativity, organization, and problem-solving to her role as Event Administrative Assistant for Mindful Meetings. With a degree in Integrative Health Care and a background in marketing, Maddi excels in administrative coordination and tackling challenges with a fresh perspective.
